Let me first say thank you very much for you on-going assistance with the flooring in our offices. When you said that we would have a mirror Finnish to our floor for us to paint, as you know I laughed, you and your team came in and set about your work, I felt you were organized in dealing with the floor, and when we came back to see the end result I was amazed at the Finnish. However due to an oversite of workmen we needed our new floor srcreeded again and on a tight schedule. As we had come to expect from your company you provided the services we needed and in the timescale specified. I would just like to say that I will be very happy to recommend your company to clients, and most certainly be using your services again.

Kevin,

I wish to take this opportunity in thanking you for providing and laying of our new flooring in our lounge, kitchen and hall. When we first approached you for our new Karndean flooring we were unsure of what karndean product to go for, after talking to you we decided to opt for a product. However after many changes to our choices in which you were very patient, we decided on the Arte select range. When it came to the installation of the flooring we were still in two minds of which way to have it running throughout, Steve, my husband wanted it running in a specific way in which you were advising against, you took time out to show us how both ways were going to look and we are glad you took this time as, Like you said the way you suggested was by far the best way to go.
We have many friends that have visited us, and all have commented on our new floor. some have taken your cards and I am sure you will be getting some calls soon. Thanks again for all your patience and good work.
